TPCC provides certain landscaping services for the townhomes in Trenton Place as detailed in our 2024 Declarations which can be found under our legal documents tab.
Landscaping service is provided by Monarch Landscape Management Company. Currently (March through October), their maintenance visits are every Friday, weather permitting.
